At Polaroid, we take security very seriously. We’re committed to ensuring that personal information is protected carefully and handled with discretion.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in a Polaroid product, one of our Polaroid apps or the Polaroid website, please report this to: [email protected]
We ask you to provide us with the necessary details of the vulnerability, such as:
- Issue description and potential impact;
- Product and software affected;
- Proof-of-concept;
- Instructions to reproduce the issue; and
- Suggested mitigation or remediation actions.
We aim to acknowledge your report within 5 working days. If a security issue is identified, we will keep you up to date on our progress and inform you of the outcome. To every reported vulnerability, we will assign a severity level, and prioritise it based on the risk it poses to the privacy of our customers.
Regardless of the content of your report, we do not offer any (monetary) rewards for identified vulnerabilities.
