Polaroid Film Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the Polaroid Film Subscription, you agree that these Polaroid Film Subscription Terms & Conditions apply to your agreement with Polaroid International B.V. (Polaroid, we or our) in addition to our Online Purchase Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. What is the Polaroid Film Subscription?

The Polaroid Film Subscription is an easy way to ensure you never run out of Polaroid film. It’s an automatic delivery service that you set up during check-out. You choose the frequency of delivery (every 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks). You can skip a delivery, or cancel your Subscription at any time.

2. What is the benefit of the Polaroid Film Subscription?

By setting up the Polaroid Film Subscription, not only do you ensure that you never run out of Polaroid Film, but you enjoy free shipping on your recurring orders as well.

3. What type of film products are eligible for subscription?

We offer i-Type Film Bundles and Polaroid Go Film Bundles that state ‘Available for Subscription’ on our product page at https://www.polaroid.com/collections/film-subscription.

4. How do I manage my Polaroid Film Subscription?

You can skip orders or cancel your Subscription at any moment without giving any reason. Just log into your Polaroid account at Polaroid.com or contact Polaroid Customer Service at [email protected] to manage your Subscription.

5. How will I know when my order will ship?

You will receive a notification email 3 days before your order ships. Should you want to skip the order or cancel your Subscription before your next shipment, you can do so until you receive the confirmation email indicating your order has been placed. Log into your Polaroid account at Polaroid.com or contact the Polaroid Customer Service at [email protected] to manage your Subscription.

6. Can I pause my Subscription?

You can pause your Subscription by skipping orders. This option allows you to cancel your upcoming order while maintaining your Subscription for future orders. Log into your Polaroid account or contact Polaroid Customer Service at [email protected] to skip an occurrence.

7. Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we are not able to cancel it. Yet, once you have received the order, you can return the order in accordance with the Online Purchase Conditions.

8. How can I pay for the Polaroid Film Subscription?

Similar to other orders you place on Polaroid.com, you can pay for your orders with your credit card or other accepted payments. The payment method you choose for your first order will be used to automatically process the next orders.

9. What if my payment fails?

If the payment fails on the due date, we will try to confirm payment daily for a period of 14 days. After 14 failed payments, we will cancel your Subscription.

10. What happens if an item is out of stock?

If your Polaroid Film Subscription items are out of stock, we will notify you by email. The order will be withheld and retried as soon as all items are available again. Please remember that you can always cancel your Polaroid Film Subscription, or skip your next order.

11. Do I have to pay shipping?

We do not charge a shipping fee for your Polaroid Film Subscription orders.

12. Can everyone subscribe for the Polaroid Film Subscription?

You can subscribe for the Polaroid Film Subscription when you’re 18 years or older.

13. Can Polaroid change these Polaroid Film Subscription Terms & Conditions?

We can modify the Polaroid Film Subscription Terms & Conditions at our own discretion, but we will notify you of any material changes in advance and remind you of the option to cancel your Subscription at any time.
