ACE HOTEL NYC: Creating a real-time snapshot of now - MAY 2011

The lobby of the Ace hotel in midtown Manhattan is a hipster breeding ground of ideas, laptops, ipads and caffeine.  It is often the place where technology meets creative thinkers giving the world new ideas.  There's just something about the place (maybe its the Seattle roots or ironic décor) that attracts free thinkers.  

This month is no exception.  Photographer Chase Jarvis is now the Ace hotel's artist in residence. As much as Chase loves a mega budget exotic location shoot; his day to day photographic obsession is the snapshot.
