July 6, 2011--- In case you missed my getting called out by legendary multi-platinum, grammy winning Sir Mix-A-Lot, I responded by calling him to the chasejarvisLIVE mat…and he obliged, and agreed to come on the show for a conversation and photoshoot. It was one of the more entertaining hours on cjLIVE and Mix dropped some serious one-liners and insight on the music business and his experience.  

The lobby of the Ace hotel in midtown Manhattan is a hipster breeding ground of ideas, laptops, ipads and caffeine.  It is often the place where technology meets creative thinkers giving the world new ideas.  There's just something about the place (maybe its the Seattle roots or ironic décor) that attracts free thinkers.
